• Software Contract Analysis: we have a strong expertise in Software Contract and assist Software Editors in providing flexible terms and conditions to Partners while ensuring their intellectual property rights are preserved.

• Commercial Engineering: we have a keen sense of both financial and operating models. We combine them into simple offers for Clients and transformative models for Partners, while ensuring their resources are preserved and not stretched.

• Digital Expertise: our team has IT technical background (software, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity); this expertise helps us to perform due diligence on the Products and assist ecosystem Members into their designs and roadmaps.

• Product Readiness: our team is able to analyze the key features necessary for a Product to enter each of the APAC markets. We advise on a fitted strategy of development.

• Market-fit: Complementary with our Product Readiness, we help in identifying the best opportunities (events, regulations, …) to leverage and increase the markets penetration, while supporting the Partners on the ground.
